海洋特色与办学理念

国立澎湖科技大学成立于1991年，是台湾离岛地区第一所国立科技大学，位于风景秀丽的澎湖群岛。学校以"海洋科技、观光休闲、永续发展"为三大办学主轴，充分利用澎湖独特的海洋资源与环境优势，打造特色鲜明的教学体系。校园占地15公顷，融合闽南式建筑风格与现代教学设施，形成独具特色的学术场域。学校设有4个学院，包括海洋资源暨工程学院、观光休闲学院、人文暨管理学院及电资学院，提供多元化的技职教育选择。

澎湖科大在海洋生物科技、观光休闲管理及绿色能源领域表现突出。海洋资源学院拥有全台唯一的"海洋生物技术系"，配备先进的水产养殖实验室与海洋探测设备。观光休闲学院与澎湖地区各大饭店、旅行社建立紧密合作关系，学生实习率达100%。学校特别重视永续发展研究，成立"离岛永续发展研究中心"，参与多项澎湖地区环保与能源项目，成为地方发展的重要智库。

国际化与在地连结

澎湖科大积极推动国际交流，与日本、东南亚等多所大学签订合作协议，每年举办"海洋文化国际研讨会"。同时深耕在地连结，开设"澎湖学"特色课程，培养学生对地方文化的认同。校园生活丰富多元，学生社团多达50余个，每年举办的"海洋文化祭"成为澎湖地区重要活动。学校更首创"离岛奖学金"，鼓励台湾本岛学生前来就读，促进文化交流。

Marine Technology and Educational Innovation
